Can anybody tell me how to make an npc talk

like Explorer jack:
if you click him he wil say "Nice day to you +Playername+!"
and you will say "You to Explorer Jack!"

Or somthing like that.

I dont need that "Your to Explorer Jack!"
only that if you click him that he says somthing like "Do ::commands please"
somthing like that
